4. “Why does it buffer?”

5. “How do I pay safely?”
- Read the refund rule before paying, and keep it.
- Check whether the plan renews by itself. Ours never does.
- Prefer a short plan first; move to 12 months once you are happy.
- Keep the chat where you ordered; it is your record.
