Order Cancellation

[Owner note: this cancellation policy is a draft, not legal advice. Fill in the [brackets], have it checked for the USA and Canada, then delete this note.]

There is no subscription to cancel

Every plan is one payment for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. When the time is up, access ends and we never charge you again unless you order again. No card is stored for renewals and there is no cancellation fee, in any country.

Stopping an order you just placed

Message us on WhatsApp (+44 7476 615897) or e-mail [TODO: add your e-mail in Customize › IPTV Insider › Contact & support] within 14 days of paying; the refund policy applies.

Automatic renewal

IPTV Insider does not sell auto-renewing plans. If that ever changes, the renewal price and terms will be shown before payment, with an easy way to cancel online, as the automatic-renewal laws of your state or province require.
